Warranty & Repairs


Topheads Eyewear offers on all its products a warranty up to 3 months from the time of purchase. All Topheads sunglasses or optical frames are fully covered under a manufacturers warranty against defects up to 12 months. Product defects out of the warranty period will enable the customer to have the frame repaired of lenses repalced at no cost. Topheads will assess all returned frames and determine whether there is a manufacturing fault. Topheads warranty returns policy does not include products that have been directly misused or indirectly damaged.

Topheads does not cover products that have been damaged by individual heads. This includes scratched lenses, general wear and tear and broken frames. So please before you sit down or your mate wants to have a rumble – put your sunnies in their bamboo case! We do not cover or replace products from general wear and tear or realting to long-term usage.

If you believe your item needs to be repaired or has a manufacturing fault please contact Topheads directly. Do not take them back to the retail outlet or online store you purchased your product from. Please send your product back to the address below with your name and order number clearly stated on your return. Remember to add tracking on your parcel so it returns safely back to the Topheads Head Office in Bondi.

All products bought from Topheads Eyewear can be returned within a 30-day period after the date of purchase. Please contact Top Heads directly to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice.

Please ensure you safely pack your product and add tracking to your parcel to ensure both parties can track the return, as we cannot control the local postie and when or how he delivers. Topheads will not accept returns that have been lost, damaged or misplaced.

Topheads will assess all returned products to ensure there has been no misuse or damage. Once the assessment has been completed you will be contacted directly and refunded in full. Please note that Topheads may refuse to give a full refund if the item is believed to be damaged or not in resalable condition. Topheads will not refund or provide a full credit to any sunglasses out of the warranty period. If it is a manufacturers fault the customer may be entitled to a repair at no cost, not a full refund. 

Refund without prior approval from TH may be denied.

Custom Jobs


If custom lenses have been inserted into a frame at the request of a customer Topheads will only replace/refund the initial cost of the sunglass. Topheads will not refund the cost of the custom or prescription lenses which have been fitted into the frame - this is an additional cost incurred shipping the frame and having them fitted by a third party optical lens laboratory.    




All items are shipped via Registered Post or Express Post (if upgraded) and orders on the East Coast of Australia will arrive within 1 - 2 working days. Orders to SA, WA and NT will take up to approximately 5 working days. For all international orders please leave up to 8 – 10 working days. An email will be sent out with an Australian Post Tracking Number at the time of dispatch.
